Our NIR vein visualization device projects a vivid map on the skin of the underlying superficial vasculature, often invisible to the naked eye. Our technology supports peripheral IV assessment and access decisions. AccuVein aims to deliver novel technology solutions that improve venous assessment and vascular access outcomes. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for all shipping and receiving activities by ensuring all incoming materials and products are received and inspected on time and that all outbound shipments are picked, packed, and shipped on time.

To be successful, you should have:

• Ability to or to obtain certification to ship hazardous goods (e.g., lithium batteries) and sign the danger goods declaration letter 
• 5-7 years of previous warehouse experience is required
• Solid computer skills 
• Medical device experience is a plus
• Folk lift experience/license is required
• Ability to work independently with minimal required supervisor
• A great attitude and behavior while dealing with any issues that may occur
• A high school diploma is required

Your responsibilities as the Shipping and Receiving Clerk will include:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming production materials.
• Receiving non-production parts and delivering them to appropriate locations/team members.
• Picking, packing, and shipping all products.
• Working with shipping companies to ship products promptly.
• Palletizing all large shipments per customers’ requests.
• Keeping the receiving and warehouse areas organized and uncluttered.
• Picking, packing, and shipping Lithium batteries per standard requirements
• Receiving and inspecting incoming RMA – AV500 PLTR pool management, demos, complaints, and engineering analysis units.
• Coordinating with external warehouse inventory and deliveries.
• Assisting manufacturing with packaging and pick/pull.
• Receiving incoming shipping containers.
• Incoming quality inspection.
• Processing orders for shipping when needed (Backup to Shipping Processing Clerk & Supply Chain & Logistics Manager)
• Purchasing and inventory shipping supplies
